Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between ad222 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any person ("User", "you", "your") who accesses, registers, or uses the services provided at https://ad222.pro. Eligibility
To register and use the services at ad222, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

Account Registration
Each individual may hold only one account on ad222. The registration of multiple accounts by a single individual (whether under the same or different names, phone numbers, or device identifiers) is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure. When registering, you agree to the following:
- All information provided during registration — including your name, date of birth, and phone number — must be accurate, complete, and up to date. ad222 may request documentary evidence to verify this information at any time.
- You are solely responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You must not share your login details with any third party. ad222 cannot be held responsible for losses resulting from unauthorised access where you have failed to protect your credentials.
- You must notify ad222 support immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
- Account registration is free of charge. ad222 does not charge any fee for creating or maintaining an account.
- ad222 reserves the right to verify a User's identity before permitting withdrawals or at any other time it considers appropriate for security and compliance purposes.
ad222 also reserves the right to refuse a registration application without providing a reason, in accordance with its internal compliance procedures.
Deposits and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on ad222 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The Platform supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The following conditions apply to all financial transactions:
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Deposits are generally credited to your casino account instantly. Processing delays caused by your mobile payment provider are outside ad222's control.
- Withdrawals are processed within approximately 15 minutes for standard requests, subject to successful identity and compliance verification. ad222 reserves the right to extend this timeframe where additional verification is required.
- All funds deposited must be from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Any deposit traced to a payment method not belonging to the account holder will be reversed and the account may be suspended.
- ad222 does not charge platform fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which ad222 accepts no responsibility.
- Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible, in order to prevent money laundering.
ad222 conducts ongoing transaction monitoring as part of its commitment to safe and compliant operations. Unusual transaction patterns may trigger additional verification requirements, which could temporarily delay processing.
Bonuses and Promotions
ad222 offers promotional bonuses to eligible registered users, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and BPL season. All bonuses are subject to the following conditions:
- The welcome bonus of 100% up to ৳10,000 is available to new members only, on their first qualifying deposit after completing registration. Only one welcome bonus is awarded per person, per household, and per device.
- All bonus funds carry a wagering requirement before withdrawal is permitted. The standard wagering requirement is 20x the bonus amount. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳20,000 in total wagers before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable.
- Bonuses must be claimed and wagering requirements fulfilled within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited to the account. Unclaimed or incomplete bonuses expire automatically after this period.
- Bonuses are awarded at ad222's sole discretion. ad222 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited to a User's account will not be retroactively revoked without cause.
- Only one active bonus may be held at any one time. Users who hold an active bonus and make a withdrawal before the wagering requirement is completed will forfeit the remaining bonus balance.
- ad222 reserves the right to reclaim bonus funds and any winnings derived from them if, upon investigation, it is determined that the bonus was claimed in error, through technical fault, or as a result of manipulative or abusive bonus-claiming behaviour.
Specific promotions may carry additional terms beyond those listed here. Where a promotion specifies additional or different conditions, those conditions take precedence over this general section for that promotion only.
Gameplay and Fair Play

Prohibited Conduct
The following actions are strictly prohibited on ad222. Any User found to have engaged in any of the following conduct may have their account suspended or permanently closed, balances forfeited, and access to future ad222 services denied:
- Registering more than one account, or registering under a false name, date of birth, or contact information.
- Using the Platform while under the age of 21, or allowing a minor to use your account.
- Depositing funds obtained through illegal means, or using ad222 as a vehicle for money laundering or any other financial crime.
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets, manipulate game outcomes, or interact with the Platform in a non-human manner.
- Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in live table games where player interaction is possible.
- Engaging in abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or offensive conduct toward ad222 staff or other Users in any communication channel.
Responsible Gaming

- Deposit limits: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on their account to manage their spending. Changes to increase a deposit limit take effect after a 24-hour cooling period; decreases take effect immediately.
- Time-out: Users may apply a temporary time-out period (from 24 hours up to 6 weeks) during which they will be unable to access the Platform, place bets, or make deposits.

Account Suspension and Termination

- The User has provided false, misleading, or unverifiable registration information, or has failed to complete required identity verification within the timeframe specified by ad222.
- ad222 reasonably suspects that the account has been involved in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct.
- The User requests voluntary closure of their account, including via a self-exclusion request submitted to the support team.
Upon closure of an account for breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account — including real-money and bonus funds — may be forfeited at ad222's discretion where the closure is triggered by prohibited conduct, fraud, or misrepresentation. Where closure is initiated by the User for non-breach reasons, any remaining verified real-money balance will be processed for withdrawal subject to standard verification.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ad222 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or its services. This includes, without limitation, loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, and any financial losses resulting from reliance on information provided on the Platform.
ad222 does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, that it will be free from errors or technical faults, or that any particular game outcome is achievable. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
Intellectual Property
All content on ad222, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, game interfaces, and software, is the property of ad222 or its content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, transmit, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without express prior written permission from ad222.
Game content (including game graphics, soundtracks, and interfaces) remains the intellectual property of the respective game providers (such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, etc.) and is licensed to ad222 for display purposes only. Users acquire no ownership rights over any Platform content by virtue of using the Platform.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with general principles of international commercial law, with particular regard to the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which ad222 operates. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
